1. Service Agreement By purchasing our Advisor Appointment System, you agree to engage Scaled Solutions for done-for-you Meta advertising services designed to generate exclusive booked appointments for your insurance business.

2. Billing Services are billed at $100 per week via recurring charge through Stripe. Your first payment is due at the time of purchase. Subsequent payments are charged weekly on the same day.

3. Cancellation Policy You may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

4. Performance Guarantee Scaled Solutions guarantees 10 exclusive booked appointments within the first 30 days of service. This guarantee is only valid if the client has maintained an active campaign for a minimum of 30 consecutive days and has maintained a minimum ad spend of $30 per day throughout the 30-day period. If the guarantee conditions are met and results are not delivered, month 2 of service will be provided at no cost. The guarantee does not apply if the client cancels, pauses, or reduces ad spend below $30 per day during the 30-day period.

5. Client Responsibilities Client agrees to provide timely access to their Meta Business Manager account, maintain a minimum daily ad spend of $30, respond to communications within 48 hours, and provide accurate business information required to run campaigns.

6. Limitation of Liability Scaled Solutions is not responsible for results affected by Meta platform changes, account restrictions, or client failure to maintain required ad spend. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the most recent billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property All ad creatives, copy, and strategies produced by Scaled Solutions remain the property of Scaled Solutions until full payment is received.

8. Privacy We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at scaledsolutions.ai/privacy.
